Fully equipped for everything that you need for your holiday by the sea. No. 5 Thornlea Mews is nestled in the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the South Hams. Once a barn built around the 19C and it retains some its original features. Sleeping 4 people comfortably, with a double bed and 2 single beds located upstairs. It also has a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2 people in the living area.
The kitchen includes a family size electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator. The open plan lounge with views across the valley, has a Flat Screen TV with a Freeview box and and DVD Player. There is also, a well-stocked bookshelf with a range of books, DVDs, board games and jigsaw puzzles for your enjoyment.
The 2 bedrooms have a sliding door separating them. We provide duvets, pillows and blankets. Bed linen can be hired from a local company or, of course, you can bring your own.
Downstairs there is a large shower cubicle and W.C. This has been refitted and modernised in 2010.
Shared facilities with other residents include laundry room with a deep freeze, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing facilities and a vacuum cleaner. All for guests' use.
Outside, there are communal built in BBQ's, well kept lawns and gardens. Children have free use of the trampoline in the field. At dusk badgers come into the garden to feed.
No 5 Thornlea Mews is available on a Saturday to Saturday basis, from 3pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacant by 10am on the day of departure.
